Submission Guidelines:
Prizes will be awarded as follows: All national winners will receive a $100 check from Kid Scoop Foundation. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. All taxes, fees, and/or costs incurred in winning or to claim the prize and any other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event this contest is terminated before all prizes are awarded, or if any prize is forfeited or unclaimed, Kid Scoop Foundation will select from the remaining eligible entries an alternate winner for all remaining prizes. Interview with national or international "Healthy Hero" is based solely on the availability of the interviewee and the ability of Kid Scoop Foundation to procure the interviewee. Any incidental or travel costs associated with this interview are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Submission Waiver: All submissions will become the sole property of Kid Scoop and may be used in the organization's future marketing materials. All entrants grant, and will grant, Kid Scoop the right to use their names, pictures, and essays in any advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants agree to abide by the above stated rules.
